Project Management Department – IT-Strategic Change Management Division (SCM)
Description:
The IT-Strategic Change Management Division is split into IT-Department and Project Management Department (PMD). The Business Analysis Team is part of the PMD.
The Business Analysis Team currently runs a portfolio of interesting and challenging enhancement requests from varied departments. It acts as a centre of excellence, liaising with all departments, coordinating and striving for implementation in agreed budget, time and scope. It is also responsible for the analysis, planning and management of projects related to operational and system improvements.
In order to support the Project Management Department, we are looking for a professional and motivated Business Analyst on a permanent employment contract:
Your main tasks will be:
- Performing detailed business analysis on enhancement request and project requests raised by the business and provide efficient solutions for enhancement request or to perform the analysis for project
- Understanding the business requirements and be able to document with sufficient details
- Documentation of clear Business and functional requirements for IT to develop
- Participating in development testing so as to ensure requirements have been met
- Being the bridge between Business and IT department
- Performing analysis to identify the root cause of the issue whilst working across various business areas
Job requirements:
- Studies in Finance, IT or Business Administration
- Experience as Business Analyst within financial industry (preferably in fund administration and/or custody business)
- Strong experience in IT is considered as an advantage
- Strong communication, networking skills and analytical skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Take ownership of multiple requests simultaneously assisting throughout the request life cycle
- Excellent command of MS Office tools
- Very high level of team spirit
- Fluent in English
