Corporate Assistant – Asset Manager
Job Description
KR Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting the Corporate Assistant position for a wolrd’s leading Investment firm in Luxembourg.
The successful candidate will be part of an international group and work in a human-sized office based in Luxembourg City.
You will have the opportunity to work with the Legal Team, ensuring the day to day administration of their various companies. The international presence of the group will provide challenges every day.
Your main responsibilities:
Management of incoming and outgoing mails
Scanning and filing of documents
Organise signature of documents
Schedule and coordination of internal/external meetings
Updating and tracking invoices, expenses and payments.
Organise physical board meetings
Liaising with third party suppliers for the provision of legal and accounting documents
Accounting support (payments, invoices, bank statements)
The ideal candidate will be :
Fluent in English
between 1-2 years of experience working in a similar position
University graduate in Economics, Accountant, Finance or any related subjects
Good team spirit
Excellent communication skills
Technical financial services knowledge required
