Corporate Manager/Head of Corporate

For one interesting holding company located at the center of the city, we are looking for a dynamic Corporate Manager. As part of the team, you will help support the executive management and become the right hand of the Partner.

You will be responsible for being the reference person to the juniors colleagues. You will be helping in the legal and administrative processes of different entities.

The Role

• Assist in the different meeting and participate to the intragroup decision-making
• Prepare and attend the different board meetings as well as the Shareholders Resolution meetings
• Ensure a good level of compliance is working according to the law
• Follow up on the daily operational activities
• Coordinate the legal and accounting team in achieving common goals

The Profile

• Minimum experience of 8 years of professional experience in the legal field in Luxembourg
• Ability to be flexible and to understand accountancy and keep a good focus on the corporate administration
• Good understanding of the legal field and the regulatory environment in Luxembourg
• Perfect level of English, French and German since the team is multicultural
• At least a diploma in a relevant field
