Job Specification:
Within one of our Business Units, you will administer a portfolio of international clients.
Your main responsibilities will include the following:
· Manage corporate documentation for the incorporation and liquidation of companies;
· Be responsible for the organisation of board meetings and the preparation of board packs;
· Attend board meetings and prepare draft minutes;
· Manage day to day queries from your clients’ portfolio;
· Liaise with Luxembourg administration and external parties (notaries, banks, lawyers…);
· Prepare the relevant KYC documents;
· Bring your support to the Corporate Officers.
Skills Required:
· Degree in Corporate Law, Economics or any related field;
· Strong knowledge of Luxembourg Company Law;
· At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar position in Luxembourg preferably in a fiduciary or in a law firm;
· Very good level in English and in French (any other language would be an asset);
· Acting as a team member;
· Client-oriented and open to communication;
· Basic understanding of accounting;
· Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Proficient with MS office tools
