Job Description


We are currently looking for an HR Assistant / Associate – Level 3 in our HR Team.

 

The role in a dynamic team and growing business will cover the whole employee life cycle and the support of ongoing projects in different entities belonging to the Apex Group in Luxembourg.

Job Specification:

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR function and duties
  • Provide administrative support to the senior HR team members
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies), including the maintenance of the employee and time management system
  • Creating statistic and reports for internal and external parties
  • Actively support the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees
  • Update existing HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal and group requirements
  • Assist in the payroll preparation
  • Communicate with public services when required
  • Actively participate in the change management processes within the HR department as well as within the organization

 

Skills Required:

  • Successful completion of a business administration, economics or similar university degree, a major in Human Resources is considered as an asset
  • Experience in a HR Department is an advantage
  • Knowledge of and interest in Luxembourgish Labor Law
  • Ability to work successfully both in a team as well as independently
  • Hands-on approach, positive mindset and continuous strive for new challenges
  • Ability to handle confidential aspects in a discrete and constructive manner
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, German is considered as an asset
