HR Manager (M/F)

Job description
Despite the current situation, this position is open. All interviews will take place via video conference.

The Research Centre is composed by roughly 80 outstanding people (Engineers, Designers and Technicians). The work atmosphere is comparable to a family company. As an HR Manager you will join the existing team and like a conductor work closely with these talents. You will manage the following topics:

Administrative HR:

• Manage the employee database;
• Insure employment contract administration
• Prepare HR metrics in line with the field requirements;
• Redact HR reports.

Recruitment:

• Evaluate internal needs;
• Insure and manage the complete recruitment process;
• Insure on-boarding;
• Follow new joiners during the trial period.

Career management:

• Establish individuals career plans;
• Pass annual reviews;
• Work on training and development program;
• INFPC;
• Propose retention actions.

HR Communication:

• Liaise with head office on employer branding;
• Manage internal communication;
• Work closely with staff delegation.

Payroll (participation):

• Prepare monthly data;
• Manage Compensation & Benefits programs;
• Follow mobility cases.

Health and safety.

Profile

• You have at least 10 years of experience in HR;
• You are fluent English and French or English and German;
• You have strong skills in Luxembourgish Labor Law; German Labor Law will be an asset;
• You are open minded and advocate dialogue;
• You have excellent command of MS Office;
• You are people happiness and satisfaction minded;
• You work autonomously and are a decision-maker person.
