Error correction in CRM/ ERP system (NAV)
Monitoring of the different modules & processes
Data analyze & extraction in case of requests from employees / management
Support system integration team
Support employees in case of system related question

Requirements
Bachelor degree is a plus
Languages: Luxembourgish, German, French, English (technical English is required)
Ability to work independently and in a team
Logical and analytical skills
Possible first experience in billing processes and provisioning systems (ex. mobile, VoIP)
Basics of project management knowledge
Basics SQL, VBA, C, XML, JSON knowledge
Basics in web services, API (REST & SOAP)
Basics in database handling
