Our client is a leader in the development of industrial solar power plants with major focus on the Benelux.

 

To better address the growing market opportunities both in Luxembourg and Wallonia

for large power plants (500 kWp+) and electromobility integration, our client is actively looking for a:

 

Senior Business Developer (M/F) – based in Luxembourg / ref. SBD2011

 

Your role

o   You will report to the managing partner in charge of international sales & marketing

o   You will be in charge of:

·         The development of a strong pipeline of new opportunities based on personal network, direct marketing approach, leads from management, participation to events, presentation to investors, …

·         The qualification and development of these opportunities together with the management team.

·         The preparation of the commercial and technical proposals with support of the engineering team. 

·         The presentation to the clients of the different aspects of the value proposition up to the contract signature

·         The administrative follow-up and account management of the projects up to final delivery

o   You are ideally living in South of Wallonia or Luxembourg. You will be based in our Brussels or Luxembourg office and will have home office opportunities.

 

Your profile

o   Commercial engineering background or a solid experience demonstrating both technical and financial competences

o   Ideally 5-10 years of successful track record in the sale of industrial projects above 100K€ within the energy sector or electro-mechanical sector, ideally photovoltaics but not mandatory

o   Excellent communication skills; oral and written presentations to c-level contacts and public authorities

o   Flexible and enthusiastic, able to work in large autonomy, result-oriented

o   Sound CSR and environmental concern to get it embraced by your prospects

o   Hard worker and real problem-solver, team player

o   Language skills: perfect in French, very good in English; Luxembourgish or German is complementary asset
